By accessing and using English Communities PK ("we," "us," "our") services, including our website, courses, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including students, parents/guardians of minor students, and visitors to our website.

English Communities PK provides English language education services including:

• Online English courses for children and adults
• Exam preparation (TOEFL, Cambridge exams)
• One-on-one tutoring and group classes
• Thesis and academic writing support
• Educational resources and materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your enrollment request. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

4.2 Fees and Payments

• Course fees are stated on our website and are subject to change
• Payment must be made in full before course access is granted, unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment methods as displayed on our payment page
• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended
• 50% refund after first class if requested within 3 days of the class
• No refunds after the second class or 14 days from enrollment, whichever comes first
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Administrative fees may apply for refund processing

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled classes punctually
• Complete assigned homework and exercises
• Participate actively in learning activities
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior during classes
• Use course materials for personal learning only

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if a student violates these responsibilities or engages in disruptive behavior.

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, website content, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of English Communities PK and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

All users must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Respect the rights and dignity of others
• Maintain appropriate language and behavior
• Do not harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Do not share inappropriate or offensive content
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, English Communities PK shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Student performance or learning outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Course materials will meet your specific requirements
• Learning outcomes are guaranteed
• Our website is free of viruses or other harmful components

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these terms
• We will notify registered users via email
• We will post the updated terms on our website

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
